Combine 1 oz. spiced rum, 1 oz. gin, 1 bottle of good ginger ale, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Stir (Do not shake unless you want a Ginger Ice geyser! Yes, I may be speaking from experience.). Pour into a martini glass and enjoy! You can also add the liquid ingredients directly into a highball glass filled with ice. This cocktail is a little spicy, light, and refreshing - perfect after a holiday meal!
November's club packages are on their way out and should begin arriving next week! Happy Thanksgiving!

6 pears - peeled with 1/4 inch cut off the bottom
bottle of red wine - preferably a good drinking wine
orange
tablespoon pickling spices
4 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
Pour the bottle of wine minus one glass into a medium stock pot. Add in orange zest, orange juice, pickling spices, water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, place pears in the pot and cover. Cook for approximately one hour while enjoying your glass of wine. Remove pears with a slotted spoon and return the sauce to a boil and cook until thickened, approximately 10 minutes. Strain the sauce into a bowl. To serve, place pear on a plate and drizzle desired amount of sauce over top. Can be served warm or chilled. Enjoy!
